League Finder USA Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect account and profile information such as name, email, phone, date of birth, ZIP code, sport interests, skill level, team information, and credentials managed by our authentication provider. We do not require a general home street address for ordinary player profiles or maintain general medical-history or allergy profiles.

Registration records may include league, team, payment, refund, waiver, emergency-contact, and guardian-authorization information. Organizer records may include business contact, authority, registration, tax, insurance, and third-party identity-verification status.

Payment providers may supply transaction identifiers, payment status, refund, chargeback, dispute, and payout information. League Finder USA generally does not store full card numbers or security codes. We may collect browser, device, IP, security-log, essential-cookie, consent, analytics, advertising, and user-selected location information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure accounts; provide league discovery, registration, organizer, payment, refund, communication, and support features; verify organizers; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the Services; meet legal, accounting, tax, and contractual obligations; and enforce agreements. Optional marketing is used only under the applicable choice.

3. Information Shared With League Organizers

When you register, the independent organizer may receive information reasonably necessary to operate its league, including name, email, phone, emergency contact, registration status, and payment status. Registration contact information does not itself authorize unrelated organizer marketing.

4. Communications and Marketing Choices

Accounts and registrations require transactional and operational messages. Operational SMS is used only with consent required by law, carrier rules, or provider requirements. League Finder USA marketing and each organizer’s marketing are separate optional choices that can be withdrawn.

5. Cookies and Consent Preferences

Essential cookies support login, security, fraud prevention, checkout, and consent preferences. Non-essential analytics and advertising are controlled separately. Sensitive registration, youth, emergency-contact, waiver, or payment data is not intentionally sent to advertising platforms.

6. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to independent organizers, hosting and service providers, payment and identity providers, authorities or parties required for legal and safety purposes, transaction successors, and others at your direction. League Finder USA does not sell user lists or personal information as a standalone business model.

7. Children and Teen Users

Users under 13 may not create their own accounts. Users ages 13 through 17 may have accounts, but direct messaging is disabled and parent or guardian authorization is required for registrations involving financial, waiver, or sensitive-information obligations. Children under 13 participate only through a parent or guardian account.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, preserve transaction and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. It may later be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated subject to lawful retention duties.

9. Security

League Finder USA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Users must protect credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may update available account information, manage optional choices, and request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal, financial, fraud, dispute, and security retention needs. Contact support@leaguefinderusa.com; identity verification may be required.

11. Third-Party Organizers and Services

Independent organizers and third-party processors may have their own privacy practices. League Finder USA requires applicable legal and contractual compliance but does not control every third-party action.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy and provide notice of material changes through the Services, email, or another reasonable method. The effective date identifies the current version.
